SAINT JOHN, N.B. – Two males charged in the Charlotte Street fire faced the judge today.

20-year old Roger Chiasson, who has pled not guilty to an arson charge, did not make bail and will be remanded to custody until he returns to court on June 4th for a trail date.

19-year old Samuel Nolan has been found unfit to stand trial after a mental health evaluation. He has been sent to Restigouche for a 30 day assessment and will return to court June 7th.

The 15 year old involved in the case will also return to court June 4th.
