Rob Fowler has been the Education Council Chairman for the past four years.
He says he has seen a number of changes take place within the district. “A lot of change, a lot of issues around finances”, says Fowler. “Cuts…it seems like that was our major focus for the last three years, at least. I’m looking forward to hopefully in the next round to be able to get away from that and focus more on educational issues”.
Fowler says when it comes to the bullying issue he does not believe it’s ever going away .
