(Rothesay)-It’s June and that means High school graduations are taking place with celebrations happening in every community.

Rothesay Regional Police Corporal Tom White says Grad House parties  can get out of control very fast even if the parents are home once words spread about it on social media.

” With social media  what happens is that  these parties get posted thru the social media sites and unwated party guest  start arriving and when then happens  that’s usually when the party starts getting out of control fights starts and damage  starts and they get out of  control very very quickly”

White says  parents  should not be allowing those under age to be drinking alcohol  that he says is one of the big problems at house parties.
