FREDERICTON, N.B. – A criminology professor at St. Thomas University says it may be time for an outside police force to help with the investigation.
Michael Boudreau says a year is a long time for a case to remain unsolved and now may be time for a fresh set of eyes to examine the evidence.
Saint John Police Chief Bill Reid was unavailable for comment, but he recently said the force was still waiting for lab results on items that had been seized during their investigation.
