(Saint John)-Saint John city police are checking your car for what can be seen inside of it over the next few days and then leaving a report card on what they find.
Sgt. David Hartley-Brown says they are trying to get people to start thinking about locking their vehicles before leaving them.
“It’s about behaviour and if we can change behaviours of people when they park their cars and getting them to start locking their vehicles then we can reduce the number of auto break in’s.
Sgt-Brown says an easy target is a car with the windows down and doors unlocked
