(Saint John)-A Saint John police officer was found guilty this afternoon of criminal harassment and common assault but not guilty of assault causing bodily harm.
Christopher Robert Messer, who is 39, was on trial this week at the Court of Queen’s Bench on charges of indictable assault, assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Messer will be back in court September 7th. for sentencing
