(Saint John)-Saint John city council is going to spending 40-thousand dollars to conduct a survey of 800-residents to see how well the city is performing.
Tom McGraw with the city Tranist union says the taxpayers of the city are not going to be happy about spending the money on a survey.
“I really think this is a step backwards i mean i think these guys need to go out and buy themselves some Industrial strength Umbrellas because there going to bring down a rain storm of public disapproval”
McGraw says he has a hard time understanding how the city can cut services like transit and then spent thousands of dollars to do a survey.
