SAINT JOHN, N.B.- It’s not good news for people in Saint John without a family doctor.
Two more family physicians have announced they are closing their practices.
Doctor Peta Brunsdon and Doctor Walter Smolinski have both signed a letter thanking their patients.
Their offices are scheduled to close at the end of February.
Doctor Allan Maloney in St. Stephen has also announced his plan to retire at the end of the month.
About eight thousand patients in the Saint John area are on a waiting list for a family doctor.
