FREDERICTON, N.B. – Fredericton police are appealing to the public to assist them with their investigation into the hospital death of a 43-year-old woman four years ago.
Patricia Ann Kucerovsky died at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Aug. 19, 2008, as the result of mercury poisoning.
Police say a 44-year-old man arrested and released last November remains the only suspect in the homicide.
Constable Danielle Carmichael says police have done all they can and information from the community could be what solves the case.
Kucerovsky’s death was deemed a homicide only late last year.
Police are talking about the case again following a weekend vigil held by Kucerovsky’s family.
