NORTON – Police believe alcohol may have been a factor when a car hit a bridge in Norton last night.
Hampton RCMP responded to a call around eleven o’clock saying that a vehicle was going the wrong way in the westbound lanes of Highway 1.
Police say they found the vehicle after it had struck the Moosehorn Creek Bridge.
A 63-year-old Hampton man was taken to hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
