CAMPBELLTON – RCMP are investigating the discovery of human remains just south of Campbellton.

A man walking near the shoreline of New Dam Lake in Sugarloaf Park discovered the bones last evening.

The RCMP’s Forensic Identification Section is assisting with the investigation to help confirm the person’s identity and the circumstances surrounding their death.
