SAINT JOHN, N.B. – Saint John Police say foul play has been ruled out after a body was found over the weekend in the harbour.
Two fishermen made the discovery on Saturday at Long Wharf.
An autopsy was performed on Sunday and police say the identity of the female victim has been confirmed but no other details have been released at the request of the woman’s family.
Meanwhile, in a separate release police say the search for 20-year old Shelby Dawn Williams has been called off.
Williams went missing a couple of weeks ago.
Williams has been located and police are thanking the public for their assistance in the matter.
