SAINT JOHN, N.B. – You may want to think twice before your child fills their water bottles at a Saint John arena.
The city has issued a “Do Not Consume” order for the Stuart Hurly Arena, where Saint John water found higher than acceptable levels of lead there during testing.
The city will be replacing the arenas taps and fountains.
Testing is being conducted today at the Belyea and the Peter Murray Arenas.
Water at the Gorman Arena has been tested and is safe.
