SAINT JOHN, N.B. – Superstorm Sandy is bringing another cruise ship to Saint John.
The Emerald Princess has decided to dock at the Marco Polo Cruise Ship Terminal tomorrow to avoid the weather conditions on the US’s east coast.
The ship was was en route to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida from Quebec City for the winter season.
The additional 3,100 passengers bring the total number of cruise ship passengers to visit Saint John in 2012 to approximately 193,000.
