FREDERICTON – A 37-year-old New Brunswick man, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, has been reported missing by his family.

Phillip Lee Lyons walked out of a halfway house in Kelowna, BC, May 26th, in violation of his parole.

RCMP say he was known to have contact with family members in New Brunswick, even with outstanding arrest warrants against him.

His family reported him missing last month, after a lengthy period of time without contact.

Police believe he’d be in the Fredericton or Doaktown areas if he returned to New Brunswick.

He is described as white, 5-10, 223 lbs., brown hair and hazel eyes.

He has several tattoos on both arms and shoulders.
