(Saint John)-Two park attackers were back before a Judge today in Provincial Court.
33 year old Ronald Parsons of Saint John who was charged with attacking a 48 year old woman at the Irving Nature Park earlier this year has been sentenced to 6 months to be served in the community with conditions.
Parsons has been ordered to stay out of the nature park and take counselling for mental health.
There was also a court appearance today for 27 year old Nathan Dean, who’s charged with confronting a jogger on one of the trails at Rockwood Park October 3rd while armed with a knife.
Dean will be held in custody until his trial which is set for January 14th in Provincial Court.
