(Saint John)-The Chairperson of the Regional Services Commission Grand Bay Mayor Grace Losier  has announced that  former liberal Energy Minister Jack Keir  has been appointed  the new Executive Director of Region 9 effective January 1st.

Losier says “Keir  will be a valuable asset  to the Commission”

Keir says “he is looking forward to working  with everyone involved with the Commission” which has been set up to increase regional collaboration and enhance long-term planning.
