BATHURST, N.B. – A week after the Horizon Health Network announced the re-organization of its’ management team New Brunswick’s Francophone health authority has announced that it’s cutting 400 jobs.
The Vitalite Health Network will roll out the restructuring plans over the next three years,
Vitalite’s President and CEO, Rino Volpe, hopes the changes will bring an enhanced sense of engagement for physicians and staff.
Five vice president positions will also be eliminated from the health authority’s senior management team.
It’s projected the cuts will save the Vitalite Health Network $24-million annually.
