Rick Howe is the host of the The Rick Howe Show weekday afternoons from 4 to 7 on News91.9 and News88.9. 

But it really all began in Campbellton and Newcastle NB, where Rick did hockey play by play. Rick joined the news department at CFBC in Saint John in 1976 as the station's sole reporter. In 1978, Howe accepted a job at CJCH-CIOO radio in Halifax.

Over a 30 year career there he was a reporter, on air newscaster, sportscaster, award winning talk show host and news director. The Rick Howe Show will be a no-nonsense, get to the point approach of putting the day’s news agenda into perspective.
