Man charged with making child pornography to appear in court later this month

A 34 year-old man facing a single count of making child pornography will be back in court later this month to have a date set for a bail hearing. Shane Evan McCabe of no fixed address was arrested yesterday upon his release from jail, where he was already serving time for failing to register with the National Sex Offender Registry.
