MONCTON, NB - It's all hands on deck as Moncton gets set to host the IAAF World Junior Championships from July 19th to the 25th.

Organizers of the event are currently looking to recruit about 25-hundred volunteers to fill a variety of roles.

Mary Clair Pierce, the Senior General Manager responsible for volunteering, says  they will need everything from drivers and hosts to security guards and people to help with the games themselves.

She says they'll also be looking for up to two thousand entertainers to take part in the championship's opening and closing ceremonies.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age and willing to work at least 24 hours during the games.
